To make a reservation, simply submit a request via our website and a Murphy’s Corporate Housing Associates representative will promptly reach out to assist. Once you are ready, we will forward our application and lease securely online to lock in your reservation.
Initial payment is due before your arrival. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Additionally, upon approval, direct billing is available to companies.
Upon arrival, you will have received detailed arrival instructions and easily accessible keys. Your accommodation will be meticulously cleaned, inspected, and prepared specifically for your arrival. Rest assured; you will have our 24/7 customer care available for any assistance you may need.
Check-in time is typically at 4:00 PM (1600 hours). Early check-in may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Check-in times may vary depending on the location. Guests are encouraged to review their arrival details to confirm their designated arrival time.
Check-out is 11:00 (1100 hours) AM. Later departures may be able to be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Check-out times may vary depending on the location. MCHA does ask that you report any maintenance needed prior to or upon departure to help us better assist the next guest.
