Are Corporate Apartments a Better Deal?

Should you book a corporate apartment for your upcoming trade show?

Upcoming trade shows in cities across America promise to be enjoyable and informative. If you’re planning to attend a trade show or conference, you should absolutely consider booking a corporate apartment instead of a hotel room. We can tell you from our own experiences, from our friends’ experiences, and from travelers’ stories sent to us that corporate apartments beat hotel rooms hands down.

Let’s talk about what you’ll get. First of all, you’ll be much more comfortable in a full-sized apartment than you’d be in a small, cramped hotel room. Second, you’ll have a full kitchen, complete with all essential house wares, in which to prepare and serve your own meals. Whether you prefer home-cooked meals or you just want to lower your food budget, having a full kitchen is critical to a good experience. Third, you could save a ton of money. Corporate or vacation rentals don’t charge the same taxes and surcharges that hotels charge. Also, the price is for the unit, not per guest. You can travel with co-workers, friends or family members and you won’t pay extra for each additional person. (You can read one of our previous posts on the Advantages of Corporate Housing over Hotel Rooms).

A corporate apartment rented from a reputable leader in the industry will feel better than a hotel room. Take a look at our Corporate Housing website to find out about the advantages we offer, and contact us for information about available rentals in the city where you plan to attend a trade show. Here’s some information about some of the more popular upcoming shows.
